Basics of the ECO Protocol
ECO (Embodied Cognitive Optimization) is a framework for shaping your life by aligning how you think, act, and speak with a clear purpose. By mastering Attention, Action, and Affirmation, you interrupt unconscious patterns and create a reinforcing loop between inner state and outer results. When these elements are aligned and sustained, you gain agency, momentum, and the ability to intentionally design your lived experience.
A 40-minute ECO intro session follows the ECO Protocol of alignment, attention, action, affirmation, and agency to cultivate intentional living. It begins by aligning the body, breath, and purpose to create internal coherence. Attention is then trained through deliberate focus, followed by embodied action that reinforces directed effort. Affirmation integrates belief and intention through precise internal language. The session concludes with agency—leaving the practitioner grounded, oriented, and ready to act with clarity.
